Frequently Asked Questions

How often do we meet?

We meet weekly the 1st month & every other week in months 2 & 3. This way you build momentum and accountability & by month 2 you’re actively using the time between sessions to make progress on your action items. If you need a touch point between sessions, you’re always welcome to reach out via Voxer for a text or voice memo as well!

Do you write my resume for me?

Nope. If we’re working together on job search tools, we teach you how to write your resume. This way the next time you’re looking for a new opportunity you can update it all on your own! Our Career Success Accelerator includes the MRM Signature H.I.R.E. M.E. Course (a 6 module, self-paced course that includes videos, checklists, and templates to guide you as you create a resume that will help you tell your unique story & fly through the applicant tracking system).

What if I need more than 3 months?

We got you! While some clients set off toward their new career after the initial 3 months, others stay with us more long-term or come back for topic-specific coaching as they need it. Your success is our priority & we’re happy to continue working with you.
